With a background in construction and mineral resources law, peronal Injury and Family law, and also with the manufacturing and construction industry Maike brings a unique perspective to business management.
Her expertise spans over a decade, with a strong emphasis on scaling businesses, team leadership, and driving cultural and operational change.
Maike’s career includes roles as General Manager for Law firms, where she expanded the firm’s footprint across Australia, and as Director of construction companies. Her diverse experience also includes leadership positions with the United Nations Association of Australia.

James Hey

With extensive experience as a Principal Psychologist and experience in senior case management roles across Queensland and the United Kingdom, Shannon brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic system and policy reform, mental health, and community engagement. His holistic approach, informed by years of practical front-line work, allows him to deliver critical thinking and problem-solving strategies in complex environments.
With expertise in adaptive leadership, change management, strategic planning, and stakeholder coordination, Shannon ensures that organisational change is effectively implemented while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders. His role as Principal Psychologist also includes mentoring provisional psychologists and collaborating with universities to align operational activities with educational requirements, ensuring the next generation of practitioners are well-prepared.
